Could not accommodate our party size even when we had a reservation. The food was ok, kinda hard to mess the simple food up. The drinks aren't anything special. My friends Aperol spritz did taste like armpit and the 'hot honey mustard' is just Heinz mustard. Half of us had to sit at the bar due to them not being able to accommodate us. We were willing to work with the staff and offered to even split up at different tables, but when we asked if we could have 2 people seated at a table near ours, the server Abigail was extremely rude. We were told the table next to us was already reserved.... nobody ever showed up the whole time we were there for that table. Abigail also forgot one of our drinks for like 30 minutes, then tried to play it off blaming it on the bar, she definitely just forgot to ring it in. Overall not the best experience. Atmosphere was good, food and drinks were fine, but service just brought everything down.

Had a reservation for 8 people. My friend group and I were so excited to go we haven’t seen each other for four months so this was our night to get together. Unfortunately the staff was really rude. Abigail was our server for the night and we left very disappointed. The hostess specifically was rude to my significant other when he asked if we can add 2 more people to our reservation. Quite literally made a scene when speaking to him so unprofessionally my boyfriend was calm we had no issues he was just curious if we could add 2 more people onto our reso after that incident they simply went and sat at the bar because they were unable to accommodate, no problem I was a server and a host so I understand (she later came back and apologized to him). One of our friends showed up a little later ordered a drink from Abigail she waited 30 minutes for her drink had to ask where it went and she blamed it on the bar saying they had a big party when the restaurant was nearly empty. Our whole group later noticed she was treating us very poorly and had an attitude with us, we all got cocktails and a couple apps so it didn’t seem like we would be hard to accommodate. The view and service were unbearable. I had the old fashioned and it was great. Maybe slightly boozy, but delicious. My only complaint is the room can fill with noise. Had one table of women that made it so loud, no one could hear each other until we got moved outside

Beautiful place with a nice view of Downtown GR from 8 floors up. Great for date night, business lunch, or a solo trip to grab a bite of fresh handmade and delicious food. It is a unique experience all around with very friendly and professional staff.

Good burger. - Wagyu Burger - $18: A high quality beef that was leaner and a tad drier. It was cooked medium-well. The two patties were almost smash burger thin and cooked similarly. I didn’t sense the carmelizing, though. It had a great amount of cheese. The toppings were fresh and balanced. The sauce was nice, but I think I would have preferred a little ketchup on it (which they had on the side). I love Nantucket bread and their bun was a great match for this burger. The bun was toasted and had a spot that was burned, but it didn’t affect the flavor or texture. Overall it was good and worth the price. I am not over the moon about it, but it was a quality burger. This is the second wagyu burger I’ve had in Grand Rapids. - Fries - $2.50 extra: Very good fries. I’d put it on my top ten list in Grand Rapids that I’ve had so far. They were thinner cut, but not shoestring thin. They do cool fast, but they serve them super hot to make sure you have time to eat them. They were a little on the saltier side, but it really works for this particular application. They were cooked perfectly. - Service: Took some time.
